delivery within Australia or
internationally. This notice describes our Shipping and Returns policy. By
shopping with our web site you are accepting the practices described in

FULL OF BOOKS Online ships by a number of methods. The methods
available to you depend on your location. When you place your order you
are free to select the method that suits your requirements from the
available methods listed in our checkout. If no shipping methods appear,
it means that we cannot ship to your location.
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible,
however we are not responsible for delays caused by new items being out of
stock with our suppliers, or other items being unavailable for any
In-stock items will generally ship within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping
method. Where possible, our checkout will display the estimated delivery
time when your order is processed.

Out Of Stock Items
New items which are out of stock will be shipped as soon as
they are available. You will be notified when back-ordered items are
expected to ship. It may be 1-4 weeks, depending on the item and supplier.
Second hand items cannot be back-ordered since we have no way of knowing
when replacement stock will arrive. You will be notified if any items in
your order are unavailable, and your order will be adjusted
We keep a "Waiting List" for second hand items. If an item
is out of stock, you can ask us to put it on the list, and we will contact
you if it becomes available, however, we cannot guarantee that any
particular item will become available in the near future.
When processing back-ordered items we may decide to split
your order, sending in-stock items immediately with a second shipment for
the back-ordered items when they arrive.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Where
possible, the rates are calculated directly by our carrier and displayed on
our shipping page. Our checkout will pre-select the cheapest method for you,
however you are free to choose which ever shipping method and rate suits
There are no additional charges for shipping backordered
items. The shipping quoted with your order is exactly what we charge,
regardless of whether the order is dispatched in single or multiple
Packaging and Handling Fees
A small Packaging and Handling fee may be added to cover our
packaging and handlling costs. This is included in the shipping charge
quoted with your order.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Such claims
must be made directly to the carrier.

Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with a item purchased
from our web site, you may return it within 14 days for a replacement
product or refund.
Exchanged products will be replaced by the same or
equivalent products at our sole option.
Refunds will as far as possible be made according to your
preference, or where this is not possible, by cheque.
We buy and sell used books and other items, so you may also
sell selected items back to us, at any time, at our then current buying

Shipping charges are not refundable for returned products,
and any return shipping must be paid by you, however we will ship
replacement products to you at our expense, if the original item was
shipped to you in error.
Damaged or Defective Goods
- New Items
- You may return a damaged or defective item for a full refund
or exchange. Non-defective items returned must be in resaleable
condition, in the original packaging, including all leaflets, manuals,
registration cards and cables, and with any software seals intact.
Non-defective items not in resaleable condition may attract a restocking
- Second Hand Items
- Second Hand items are sold on an "As-Is" basis. The
condition of each item is indicated on the product information page.
Second Hand items can only be returned if they are obviously in a worse
condition than we described. We try to provide the best quality items
available, but where this is not possible, we will say so.
Taxes and Customs
Tax is applied according to the shipping address. By
default, prices displayed on our web site include Australian GST. Overseas
customers should create an account to see GST-Free pricing.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY: All applicable taxes for purchases
are calculated based on local tax rates, and will be added to your order
and displayed during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Shipping costs do not include
any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by
you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they

ordering internationally, you are considered the importer of record and
must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are

On your instructions, we will ship products that can be
legally exported from Australia, but it
is your responsibility to ensure that the items can be imported to your
country. We are not responsible for non-delivery of your order due to your
local customs regulations.
Customs forms for all international packages will list the
value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders
containing T-shirts, books, and mousepads will be listed in a way similar
to the following example:
T-shirt value: $19
Books value: $30
Mousepad value: $10
